Congrats, Lady D, on setting up such an excellent forum! A quick introduction to who I am - King Edward II's greatest fan and Official Defender. Razz I run a blog, a forum and a website about him:

I love reading all kinds of historical fiction, non-fiction and biographies, with a strong preference for the 14th century and the Middle Ages in general, but I do read about other eras occasionally, too.

Yep, I think we are - but it's nice to have a virtual place to get together and just chill out (oooh, what an awful 70s/80s phrase!)? It's just a shame that teleportation hasn't been invented yet so that we could have real get-togethers instead of cyber ones. We history-lovers have to stick together in this cruel, cruel modern world Wink
