*Starts sharpening lots of very pointy and painful things to throw at Lady D*
Apart from the stupidity of Wallace fathering a man born more than 7 years after his death, my favourite inaccuracies in the film are:
- Wallace invading and sacking York (yeah riiiiiight!!) and killing its governor, Edward I's 'nephew'
- Alexander III and his sons being dead in 1280 (Alexander lived till 1286)
- the battle of Stirling Bridge being fought with no bridge in the vicinity
And soooo many more....as a film, it's great entertainment, as a
historical film, it's beyond the pale!
